For paid channels like Google Ads and Meta, most clients see their first leads within 1–2 weeks of launch. The first month is mainly about collecting clean data and making early refinements — by months 2 and 3 campaigns are typically running significantly more efficiently. SEO takes longer — usually 3–6 months to gain meaningful traction, but the results compound over time. I’ll be upfront about realistic timelines for your specific situation from the very first call.
Do I need all five services or can I start with one?
You can absolutely start with one. Most clients begin with Google Ads for Lead Generation since it’s the fastest channel to generate measurable results, then add Meta Ads, landing pages, and tracking over time as the system matures. I’ll recommend what makes sense based on your budget and where you are right now — not what makes my invoice larger.
What ad budget do I need to get started?
I recommend a minimum of $1,000–$1,500 per month in ad spend for Google Ads. Below that, smart bidding doesn’t have enough conversion data to learn from and campaigns improve very slowly. For Meta Ads, you can start with a smaller budget — around $500–$800/month — since the targeting works differently. The management fee is separate and paid to me — you pay Google and Meta directly for your ad spend.

The strategy principles are consistent across these markets, but I research local search behaviour, competitive CPCs, and platform nuances for each market specifically before building any campaigns.

I don’t guarantee specific lead numbers — and I’d be wary of anyone who does, because lead volume depends on your market, your budget, your offer, and your competition.
