Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be requested and processed for services provided by Raghaw Mishra.

Plain English summary: We work month to month with no long-term contracts — so you’re never locked in. Management fees paid for work already in progress are generally non-refundable, but we take complaints seriously and handle every situation fairly. If something goes wrong on our end, we’ll make it right.

1. Overview

Raghaw Mishra provides digital marketing services including Google Ads management, Meta Ads management, and Shopify SEO. All services are delivered by a specialist — meaning time, expertise, and resources are committed from the moment work begins.

Because our services are knowledge-based and time-intensive, our refund policy reflects the nature of professional service work rather than the return of a physical product. We aim to be fair, transparent, and reasonable in all refund decisions.

If you have a concern about a service, we always encourage you to contact us first — many issues can be resolved without a formal refund request.

2. Nature of Our Services

All services provided by Raghaw Mishra are:

  • Professional and time-based — work begins immediately upon payment and commitment of our time and expertise
  • Month-to-month — no long-term contracts are required, giving clients full flexibility
  • Outcome-oriented but not outcome-guaranteed — we apply industry-standard practices and professional expertise, but results in digital marketing depend on many external factors
  • Individually tailored — strategies, campaigns, and deliverables are built specifically for each client and cannot be transferred or resold

Our commitment: Because we don’t lock clients into contracts, you always have the option to stop services with 30 days’ notice. You are never obligated to continue beyond a month you’re not satisfied with. This flexibility is intentional — it’s how we stay accountable to results.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios

We will consider a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:

Service Not Delivered

You were charged for a service that was not delivered within the agreed timeline, and no reasonable explanation or resolution was provided. In this case, a full refund of the fee for the undelivered service will be issued.

Duplicate Payment

You were accidentally charged more than once for the same service due to a billing error. The duplicate charge will be refunded in full immediately upon verification.

Significant Scope Deviation

We delivered work that was materially different from what was agreed in the service proposal or agreement — and we were unable to correct it within a reasonable timeframe. A partial or full refund will be considered depending on the extent of the deviation.

Cancellation Before Work Begins

You paid for a service and cancel before any work has commenced. In this case, a full refund will be issued, less any administrative fees incurred in processing the engagement.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

Dissatisfaction With Results

Digital marketing results — ROAS, lead volume, rankings, traffic — are not guaranteed and depend on many factors outside our control. Dissatisfaction with campaign performance alone does not constitute grounds for a refund, provided the agreed services were delivered professionally and in full.

Work Already Completed

Management fees, audit fees, or project fees for work that has already been completed and delivered are non-refundable. This includes monthly management fees for months where campaigns were actively managed.

Change of Mind

If you decide you no longer want the service after work has commenced — for reasons unrelated to service delivery — fees for work completed up to that point will not be refunded. You may cancel going forward with 30 days’ notice.

Platform Policy Changes or Account Suspensions

If your Google Ads or Meta account is suspended due to platform policy violations related to your business, products, or content — refunds will not be issued for management fees already paid. We are not responsible for decisions made by third-party platforms.

Client Failure to Provide Access or Information

If delays or reduced performance occur because the client failed to provide required account access, assets, approvals, or information in a timely manner, no refund will be issued for the affected period.

Algorithm or Market Changes

Changes to Google’s or Meta’s algorithms, market conditions, increased competition, or other external factors that affect campaign performance are outside our control and do not constitute grounds for a refund.

5. Ad Spend & Platform Fees

⚠️ Important: Ad spend — the budget you fund directly into Google Ads, Meta Ads, or any other advertising platform — is entirely separate from our management fees. Ad spend is paid directly to the platform and is governed by that platform’s own refund and billing policies. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for ad spend once it has been submitted to a platform.

If you believe your ad spend was used incorrectly due to our mismanagement, please contact us to discuss. We will review the account thoroughly and work with you to understand what happened. However, refunds of ad spend must be pursued directly through Google, Meta, or the relevant platform.

Our management fees cover the expertise, time, and strategy applied to your campaigns — not the ad spend itself.

6. SEO Audits & One-Time Services

For one-time services such as Shopify SEO Audits:

  • If the audit has not yet commenced, a full refund is available upon request
  • If the audit is in progress, a partial refund may be considered based on the proportion of work completed
  • Once the audit report has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable — the deliverable has been provided in full

If you are unhappy with the quality or completeness of an audit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your concerns and, where legitimate issues are identified, we will revise the audit at no additional cost.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1 — Email us at raghawmarketer@gmail.com with the subject line “Refund Request”
  • Step 2 — Include your full name, the service in question, the invoice or payment reference, and a clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund
  • Step 3 — We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and respond with a decision within 7 business days
  • Step 4 — If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method

Our promise: Every refund request will be reviewed fairly and individually. We won’t dismiss concerns without proper consideration — and if we made a mistake, we will own it and make it right.

8. Refund Timeline

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days of approval
  • The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider — typically 3–10 business days after processing
  • Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction wherever possible

9. Disputes

We strongly encourage clients to contact us directly before initiating any formal dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Most concerns can be resolved quickly and fairly through direct communication.

If a chargeback is initiated without prior contact with us, we reserve the right to respond with documentation of the services provided and our position. Chargebacks initiated without legitimate grounds may affect the ability to continue or restart any service engagement.

If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it will be handled in accordance with the governing law stated in our Terms & Conditions.

10. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. The policy in effect at the time of your service agreement governs any refund requests made during that period.
